Scalloped Potatoes with Ham and Cheese image

4-1/2 lb. red potatoes (about 14), cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. butter, divided
1 container (16 oz.) light sour cream
2 pkg. (7.5 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Slow Cooked Ham, chopped
1-1/2 cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup
2 green onions, sliced
1 cup Italian-seasoned panko bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 6 min.; drain. (Potatoes will not be done.)
  • Melt 1/4 cup butter. Combine sour cream, ham, cheese, soup and onions in large bowl. Add melted butter and potatoes; mix lightly. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Melt remaining butter; mix with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over potato mixture.
  • Bake 30 min. or until heated through.
