Sauteed Black Grouper with Peach Relish image

Super fresh tasting recipe! Grouper is such a great firm, white fish that pairs perfectly with the peach relish. Love the serrano chile with the peach. Great pairing.

1/2 teaspoon(s) kosher salt, divided
1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) canola oil
1/3 cup(s) radishes, thinly sliced
2 tablespoon(s) fresh chives, chopped

1 - serrano chile, thinly sliced
2 tablespoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil
