Sausage Cheese Balls image

These are great for a tailgate party or super bowl party.I got this recipe from, "The girl who ate everything, when I was looking for a diff finger food, for the super bowl..yum! Pic is not mine..

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 c original bisquick mix
1 lb ground pork sausage
4 c shredded cheddar cheese (16 oz)
1 /2 c grated parmesan cheese
1/2 c milk
1/2 tsp dried rosemary leaves crushed
1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350. Lightly grease bottom and sides of jelly roll pan or use parchment paper.
  • 2. Stir together all ingredients, using hands or spoon. If your mixture is too dry add a little more milk. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place in pan.
  • 3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm with sauce for dipping. Barbecue sauce or chili sauce, if desired.We used ranch dressing..mmmmm
