Sausage Biscuit Bake image

So easy and so yummy! You can use bacon as well or both.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 eggs
3 Tbsp milk
1 16 oz can pillsbury grands original biscuits
3/4 pkg jimmy dean sausage cooked
1/4 c finely chopped onion
3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350. Spray 11x7 or any glass baking dish larger than 9x9. Spray dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, beat egg and milk with wire wish until smooth. Cut biscuits into quarters gently stir into egg mixture to coat.
  • 2. Fold in sausage, cheese and onion. Spoon mixture into pan arranging in single layer, and biscuits touching.
  • 3. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares.
