1 cup ketchup
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup steak sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 cup light brown sugar
3 1/2 to 4 pounds country-style pork ribs

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, whisk ketchup, water, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, and brown sugar until combined.
  • Place pork ribs in a soup pot; pour sauce over ribs. Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 45 to 55 minutes, or until fork-tender.
