Steps:
- 1. In a very large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over a medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in soup, water, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic and pepper. 2. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until thickened. Reserve half of the mixture (2.5 cups) for Quick Shepherd's Pie. Divide the remaining mixture among the bun bottoms and top with cheese slices and bun tops.
