Number Of Ingredients 9

1 cup(s) merlot (or other fruity red wine)
1/2 cup(s) pomegranate juice
1/2 cup(s) apple juice
10 - strawberries, washed
10 - blackberries, washed
1/3 cup(s) blueberries, washed
- ground cloves
- ground cinnamon
- ground allspice

Steps:

  • Wash berries and put them in a bowl. Smoosh them with a fork until they are broken up but still chunky. Pour wine, pom and apple juice into a container. Sprinkle a healthy 2-3 shakes of each spice into the liquid and stir. Give this a taste and adjust for personal preference.
  • Divide the smooshed fruit between popsicle molds. Pour the wine mixture into the molds. If not using a popsicle mold, you can use paper cups. Insert sticks. Place in the freezer until solid.
