Samoan - Orange Passion Fruit - Ade image

This recipe is from a South Pacific web site and has been posted for ZWT-7 tour. I have not tried this yet, but will be, it sounds great to me.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 c passion fruit juice, fresh, cold
1/2 c orange juice, fresh, cold
1/4 c lime juice, fresh, cold
2 c soda water, cold
1/4-11/4 c sugar syrup, to taste
20 ice cubes
4 slice orange slices (garnish)

Steps:

  • 1. Mix the fruit juices together and add sugar syrup to taste.
  • 2. The amount of syrup you will use will depend on you as the passion fruit is strong and tart in flavor.
  • 3. Next add the cold soda water and serve in large glasses filled with ice.
  • 4. Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy.
  • 5. This is best when served cold.
