Steps:
- Melt butter in large frying pan. Add chopped onion and celery. Saute until see-through. Crush crackers in a separate bowl. Mix in Celery and onion mixture. Add Thyme and salt/pepper to taste. Slowly add milk and Mozzarella. Mix well. Stuff bird and bake in oven until done.
