Salsa Turkey Meatloaf image

2 eggs
1 cup oats
1 onion, minced
3/4 cup grated carrot
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup salsa

Steps:

  • Mix everything together except salsa and from into a loaf then put in the oven at 350 for 40 minutes.
  • Take out of the oven and cover with salsa and bake for about 25 more minutes or until done.
