Salsa Blanca image

A quick, easy and yummy dip that comes from my favorite little cookbook "Low Fat Mexican Recipes." Note: Cook time is chill time.

1 pint fat-free cottage cheese
2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
1 cup chunky salsa (your favorite)

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Serve with baked tortilla chips or use as a dip for fresh vegetables.
