I got this recipe off of the the Paula Deen show I have tried it that same day and my family really enjoyed them.

Steps:
- Open can of salmon and flake in a bowl. (clean out any bones),mix salmon, beaten egg, green onions and 1/4 cup of bread crumbs.
- flatten to patties dip in bread crumbs for frying. Just about 2 to 3 minutes in some oil in a medium skillet. make sure skillet is hot before you put in the oil. Cook until golden brown.
