Bowl whisk together butter, sugar, eggs,extract,flour Batter will be thick. Stir in cranberries and 3/4 c nuts Fill each mold with 1/2 c batter Sprinkle tops with sugar and nuts Bake until golden and crunchy about 30-40 minutes Cool on wire racks before revving from pans Best served within I day Stir in cranberries and 3/4 c walnuts. Fill each mold with 1/2 cup batter Sprinkle tops with 1 tsp amber sugar and reserved walnuts Bake until golden and slightly crusty Cake tester should come out clean Transfer to wire racks to cool Once cool remove from tart pans Best served within one day
