This is a very easy, simple dip to prepare. If you like russian dressing you will love this....we do. This is one of my "go to" recipes.....I hope you enjoy it too. cook time is chill time

- Mix first 3 ingredients.
- Chill 1 hour or more.
- Before serving, stir in parsley,if desired.
