Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 oz london dry gin
1 to 2 oz pineapple juice
1/4 oz orgeat syrup or almond syrup (i used the torani orgeat syrup for flavoring coffee drinks)
1 drop grenadine (optional)
ice cubes

Steps:

  • 1. Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, and give it a few good hard shakes (so it creates a bit of foamy froth).
  • 2. Strain into a chilled cocktail/martini glass, and serve.
