BUTTER LETTUCE SHRIMP PEAR SALAD image

2 head of butter lettuce
1/2 lb cooked tiny shrimp
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts or almonds sliced
2 pears
2 tbsp lemon juice or rice vinegar
blue cheese dressing

Steps:

  • Rinse and drain lettuce. Rinse shrimp and tomatoes. Chop nuts if necessary. Rinse pear and core and slice. Mound lettuce in bowl, top with shrimp, tomatoes, pears, nuts and stir in dressing.
