The crispy tortilla topped with a rich marinara sauce, whole milk mozzarella cheese, spicy beef chorizo, sweet jalapena peppers, roasted bell peppers strips with caramelized onions, kalamata olives, grilled sweet corn, a sprinklin' of black beans topped with a blend of fiesta cheeses and fresh torn basil...this is UMAMI! Steps:
- in a heated skillet fry chorizo for 5-6 minutes. remove and drain oil
- in a hot oiled skillet, grill corn for 5-6 minues. cut off cobb
- preheat oven to 400 degrees. assemble pizza on an oven proof pan
- baked pizzas for 10-12 minutes or until tortilla is crispy and the cheese has melted. top with fresh basil & enjoy!
