1 lb Brussels sprout
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt, course
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets (about 4 filets)

Steps:

  • toss brussel sprouts in olive oil.
  • season salmon with salt and pepper.
  • put sprouts on baking sheet in 450 oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. then push them aside to make room for salmon and bake for another 10 minutes.
