2 heads of garlic roasted cooled and squeezed from cloves
3/4 cup of good fruity olive oil
2 tsp of salt
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp fresh ground pepper

Steps:

  • blend all ingredients in blender until blended well...use as a topping for steaks...fish or chicken
