Ritz Cracker Lemon Pie image

This is really sweet and tart. Love it

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 roll ritz crackers crushed
1 stick butter melted
1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk
6 oz can lemon concentrate
8 oz tub cool whip
1 tsp yellow food coloring

Steps:

  • 1. Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter together and press into bottom of round pie pan. Set in freezer while preparing filling.
  • 2. Mix lemon concentrate with sweetened concentrated milk. Fold in whip cream and food coloring. Pour over crust and refrigerate or freeze until firm
