This is a really old recipe and I had forgotton all about it until my BF's mom was asking about it. Hunted up the recipe and here it is.

Steps:
- 1. Put milk and rice in a heavy sauce pan, bring to a low simmer, stir from time to time, and continue to cook until rice is done. I like a teflon pan the best for this.
- 2. In a bowl whisk everything else and stir it into cooked rice.
- 3. Continue to simmer until thick enough.
- 4. Serve warm or cold.
