Rice Cooker Toddler Overnight Oatmeal image

I make this for my girls every morning. It's super easy and super fast! Once cooked, add frozen fruit and tofu to the bowl and mix to combine.

2 cups milk kefir
1 cup water kefir
¾ cup rolled oats
½ cup chopped walnuts
⅓ cup chopped dried fruit
¼ cup muesli cereal
2 tablespoons wheat germ
2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
1 tablespoon coconut oil

Steps:

  • Mix milk kefir, water kefir, oats, walnuts, dried fruit, muesli, wheat germ, flaxseed meal, and coconut milk together in the bowl of a rice cooker. Let stand, at least 4 hours.
  • Cook on the "Porridge" setting according to manufacturer's instructions, about 20 minutes.
