Rhubarb Sour Cream Bread image

5.5 cups brown sugar
0.666666666667 cups vegetable oil
1 units eggs
1 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoons baking soda
1 cups sour cream
10.5 cups flour
5.5 cups rhubarb
0.5 cups walnuts
0.5 cups sugar
1 tablespoons butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Beat sugar, oil, and egg. Add vanilla and salt. Mix baking soda into sour cream. Add to first mixture. Add flour, rhubarb, and nuts.
  • Pour into two standard loaf pans. Mix sugar and butter together, then sprinkle over tops of bread.
  • Bake for 1 hour. Cool before slicing.
