Rhubarb Dessert image

This is a very easy dessert, and one of our favorite rhubarb recipes. It's kind of a strawberry rhubarb crisp!

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 c rhubarb (or 2 cups each of rhubarb and strawberries)
1 c sugar
1 pkg 3 ounce strawberry jello
1 pkg jiffy white cake mix
1 c water
1/3 c melted butter

Steps:

  • 1. Layer ingredients in the order given in a 9x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
