Rhubarb Crumble image

I make this a lot.A friend gave me this recipe a long time ago.My hubby is a diabetic so I use splenda for the rhubarb mixture and regular sugar in the topping.

Number Of Ingredients 10

4 cups rhubarb
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour, plus
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon water
3/4 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup melted margarine

Steps:

  • Mix the rhubarb portion and put in dish.
  • Make the crumble and put on top.
  • Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
  • Use a 8X8 pan.
