Rhubarb Cake with Jello Recipe - (4.7/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 11

CRUST
2 Cups flour
1/4 cup lt. brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
3 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
Mix and pat into 13 x 9 pan on bottom and up the sides
FILLING
4-6 cups cut up rhubarb
3 oz. box strawberry or rasberry jello (dry)

Steps:

  • Put rhubarb in crust. Cover with the dry jello. For topping mix 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup flour. Mix like streusel and cover cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-60 minutes until brown.
