Steps:
- Start rice cooker. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil until they begin to color. Add pepper and cook another 30 seconds. Add oregano, olives, cinnamon, capers to onion mixture and stir. Deglaze with Sherry. Add tomatoes and bay leaf. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add fish and spoon sauce over it. Cook 8 to 10 minutes per inch thickness. Squeeze lime over before serving.
