Steps:
- In a medium bowl, mix together the salmon, cream cheese, horseradish, lemon juice, and onion.
- Chill if necessary until firm enough to handle, then form into a ball. Roll in parsley and/or pecans. Refrigerate until serving.
- Serve with assorted crackers.
