RASPBERRY THUMBPRINTS image

Yield 4 dozen

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 c. flour
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. + 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1 c. margarine, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
raspberry jam

Steps:

  • Combine flour, powdered sugar and 1/2 c. nuts. Cut in margarine. Sprinkle with vanilla. Mix dough with hands till smooth Refrigerate! Roll into 1" balls, roll in nuts. Place on greased cookie sheet. Indent centers and fill with 1/4 tsp. jam Bake at 325 for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
