Raspberry-Cherry Lambic Crisp image

Enjoy this lambic crisp made with Nature Valley® granola bars, Cascadian Farm® berries and cherries - a delicious fruit dessert.

1/4 cup cornstarch
3/4 cup cherry lambic beer
1 bag (10 oz) Cascadian Farm® frozen organic sweet cherries
2 bags (10 oz each) Cascadian Farm® frozen organic raspberries
1 cup dried cherries
4 pouches (1.5 oz each) Nature Valley™ crunchy roasted almond granola bars, crushed
1 cup whipped cream
1 tablespoon cherry lambic beer

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. In 2-quart saucepan, stir together cornstarch and 3/4 cup beer. Stir in frozen cherries. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in raspberries and dried cherries.
  • Spoon fruit mixture into ungreased 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle crushed granola bars over top.
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown on top. Mix topping ingredients. Spoon topping over servings of warm crisp.
