Ranch-Style Thighs image

Crunchy and tender. Easy to prepare with easy to obtain ingredients.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 cup(s) dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon(s) yellow cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon(s) italian seasoning
6 chicken thighs, skin removed if desired
1/2 cup(s) ranch salad dressing

Steps:

  • In a shallow bowl or large resealable plastic bag, combine crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
  • Sprinkle cornmeal in bottom of baking dish.
  • Dip chicken in Ranch dressing and allow to marinate in a dish for 15 to 30 minutes. Then coat with crumb mixture.
  • Place in a greased 13"X9"X2" baking dish. Bake uncovered, at 375 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes or until juices run clear.
