- In a shallow bowl or large resealable plastic bag, combine crumbs, Parmesan cheese, cornmeal and Italian seasoning. Dip chicken in salad dressing, then coat with crumb mixture. , Place in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 45-50 minutes or until juices run clear.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, yellow cornmeal, and Italian seasoning in a shallow dish. Pour ranch dressing in a separate shallow bowl.
- Dip chicken thighs and chicken breasts in ranch dressing to coat; press into the bread crumb mixture to coat both sides. Arrange chicken pieces in the prepared baking dish.
- Cook chicken until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 45 to 50 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

- In a shallow bowl or large resealable plastic bag, combine crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
- Sprinkle cornmeal in bottom of baking dish.
- Dip chicken in Ranch dressing and allow to marinate in a dish for 15 to 30 minutes. Then coat with crumb mixture.
- Place in a greased 13"X9"X2" baking dish. Bake uncovered, at 375 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes or until juices run clear.
