Ranch Pretzel Snacks image

My husband and I went to a wedding reception and these were served later in the evening during the dance. Bowls of these were set on each of the tables. These were so good I had to ask the bride for the recipe, and she was more than happy to oblige.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 package(s) 1 pound each, mini pretzel twists
12 ounce(s) orville redenbacher popcorn oil
1 package(s) hidden valley original ranch seasoning mix
1 tablespoon(s) dill weed
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1 teaspoon(s) garlic salt

Steps:

  • Place the 2 pounds of mini pretzel twists into a large mixing bowl.
  • In a separate bowl combine the popcorn oil, dry ranch seasoning mix, dill weed, garlic powder and garlic salt. Mix well. Pour over pretzels.
  • Stir occasionally every 15-20 minutes, scraping bottom of bowl well until no oil remains in the bottom of the bowl and pretzels are well coated and dry (about 1-2 hours). Keeps very well in gallon size zip-lock freezer bags.
