Steps:
- 1. Cook the lasagna noodles until soft but not all the way done. Drain and lay out on wax paper.
- 2. Preheat oven 375 degrees. In a large pan add the butter and garlic and let the butter melt. Add the cream cheese and Ranch dressing mix. Whisk until the cream cheese is melted. Keep whisking and add the milk. Stir in the Parmesan cheese. Remove from heat.
- 3. Spread the chicken evenly over each lasagna noodle. Sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese over each noodle. Roll up the noodles and tuck in the ingredients.
- 4. Place some sauce in bottom of 9x15 pan. Lay each lasagna roll in the pan. Pour remaining sauce over top. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes.
- 5. serve garnished with basil and more shredded parmesan
