Steps:
- 1. Chop cabbage, onion and bell pepper.
- 2. Dice ham or spam to make 1 cup.
- 3. In large frying pan, melt butter.
- 4. Add cabbage, onions and pepper.
- 5. Saute until vegetables are tender.
- 6. Add ham or spam, red pepper, salt and 2 packages of seasoning mix from noodles.
- 7. Stir to mix thoroughly.
- 8. While vegetables are cooking, cook noodles according to package (do not overcook).
- 9. Drain most of water from noodles.
- 10. Add remaining 2 packages of seasoning mix to noodles.
- 11. Gently stir in vegetables to noodles.
- 12. Toss as you would a salad just until mixed.
- 13. Serve warm.
