Raisin Broccoli Toss image

My raisin salad is a lively addition to any country meal. It's easy to prepare and good for you, too. The walnuts and broccoli add lots of crunch. Bernice Morris, Marshfield, Missouri

Number Of Ingredients 9

4 cups broccoli florets
3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup golden raisins
1 cup Miracle Whip
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons half-and-half cream
1 tablespoon vinegar

Steps:

  • In a large salad bowl, toss broccoli, walnuts and raisins. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
