QUICK CHOCOLATE GINGER COOKIES image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 - 18 oz- boxed chocolate cake mix- without pudding
1T ground ginger
2 eggs
1/3 c canola oil
1/4 c white sugar for rolling

Steps:

  • Combine all but sugar, stir until well blended, roll 1 inch balls, roll in white sugar, place 2 inches apart, bake at 350 for 8 min until tops crack
