Quick and easy. Not messy like most biscuits are.. You can also use Parmesan cheese instead of cheddar. Also, you can spice it up by adding a 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, or some other seasoning. And if you want them more cheesier you can add 1 cup of cheese (usually what I do)

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven 450 degrees. Cut butter into flour until coarse crumbs form. Using a fork, stir in milk until a soft dough forms add in cheese. Do not overmix the cheese. Drop dough in heaping tablespoons 1 inch apart onto a ungreased baking sheet. Bake about 15 minutes.
