Tiny Pecan Pies image

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 eggs, beaten
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
dash of salt
3/4 cup chopped pecans
16 frozen individual pie tarts

Steps:

  • Mix by hand the eggs, brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, vanilla, and salt. Divide pecans evenly in pastry shells. Pour filling on top, filling each 2/3 full. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes
