PUMPKINE PIE CRUNCH image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 can (15 oz) pumpkin
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 cup sugar (I used less)
4 tsp pumpkin spice mix
1 pkg Betty Crocker SuperMoist white cake mix
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup butter, melted

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350, grease 9x13 pan both sides and bottom Stir pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar and spice until smooth. Pour into pan, sprinkle cake mix over top, sprinkle w/ pecans, pour melted butter evenly over top. Bake 50-60 min or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, 1 1/2 hour. Serve w/ ice cream or whipped cream
