Pumpkin Seed Bread image

Number Of Ingredients 7

3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
3 1/4 cups bread flour
1/2 cup unsalted raw pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon bread machine or quick active dry yeast

Steps:

  • Make 1 ½-Pound Recipe with bread machines that use at least 3 cups flour, or make 2-Pound Recipe with bread machines that use at least 4 cups flour.Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Do not use delay cycles.
