We love Philly steak sandwiches so I made a burger that comes close to that favorite sandwich with a twist here and there. At the end of my recipe it repeats my last direction but I can't seem to get rid of the last 2 sentences at the bottom!

- Heat gas grill to medium high heat and brush grill racks with oil.
- In a medium bowl whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, and whole grain mustard, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Peel and cut onions into quarters and slice about 1/4 inch thick. Remove seeds from green peppers slice similar to onion. Slice mushrooms 1/4 inch thick.
- Melt butter in skillet on medium heat stir in 1 tablespoon oil, add sliced onions, cook 5 minutes, stir frequently. Add green peppers, mushrooms, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 3/4 teaspoon black pepper and chili paste. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reheat when ready to top burger.
- Brush cut sides of buns with oil. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the ground chuck, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and steak sauce. Mix completely but don't over handle. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into patties slightly bigger than the bun. Grill patties 4 minutes, turn, top with cheese, and grill 4 to 5 minutes or until desired doneness. Place buns cut side down on outside edge on grill rack to toast lightly. Reheat onions mixture.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon mustard spread on bun bottoms and divide rest of spread in equal portions on bun tops Place patty on bun bottom, spoon on sautéed onions mixture, add bun top and serve.
