Steps:
- in a bowl put the mint sauce balsamic vinegar and garlic powder and stir
- place the chops in a bowl and cover with the mixture and leave in the fridge for 12 hours or so
- get a frying pan nice and hot then put the chops in the pan (do not put oil on chops orin the pan) and fry to how you want them
- now place chops on a tray and pour whats left in the frying pan over the top of the chops and place under the grill untill they get a nice glaze on them
- i normaly serve them with chips or roast potatoes
