1 pound Partially frozen beef stew meat
12 ounces beer
4 carrots, peeled and chopped
4 potaotes, peeled and chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Put beef, salt, pepper, and beer in pressure cooker and cook under high pressure for 12 minutes. Quick release the pressure. Add carrots, and potatoes. Cook under high pressure for 3 more minutes and then natural release. You can choose to brown the meat for extra flavor first in the pressure cooker under cook setting if you so desire.
