Pressure-Cooker Apple Pie Steel-Cut Oatmeal image

I absolutely love this one-dish oatmeal. The steel-cut oats have so much flavor and texture. My family loves to sprinkle toasted pecans on top. -Angela Lively, Conroe, Texas
