Potatoes Poupon image

I remember a mustard phase in cooking either around my high school or early college years (don't ask when that was, I'm keeping quiet). This was one we made as a side dish.

Number Of Ingredients 5

5 Tbsp grey poupon dijon mustard
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
6 medium red skinned potatoes, chunked

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all but potatoes. Place potatoes in lightly greased 9x13, toss with mustard mixture. Bake at 425 degrees 35-40 min or until fork tender, stirring occasionally.
