POTATO DUMPLINGS image

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 - potatoes, grated
8 slice(s) bread
- water
1 small onion, grated
- salt and pepper
2 - eggs, well beaten
1 teaspoon(s) parsley, minced

Steps:

  • Dip bread in water and squeeze out most of the water. Combine all ingredients. Mix and form into 2-inch balls. Roll in flour. Drop in salted boiling water or broth. Cook covered for 15 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
