CRAB MELTAWAYS image

Number Of Ingredients 8

6 English muffins
1/2 lb. crabmeat
1 stick margarine
1-7 oz. jar Old English cheese
2 T. mayo
1/2 t seasoned salt
1/2 t garlic salt
1/2 t Old Bay

Steps:

  • Slice each muffin in half. Mix all ingredients. Spread on muffins. Freeze on cookie sheet til just frozen - take out and cut in quarters. Refreeze in plastic bags. Can be frozen for weeks. Broil (frozen) until puffy.
