Steps:
- Trim and discard fat from pork and cut into thin strips.
- Mix meat with Teriyaki Sauce and chill at least 15 minutes
- Mix apple with lemon juice and set aside
- Place a wok over high heat and add oil and onion. Stir fry until onion is limp
- Add apples with lemon juice and stir fry until hot then spoon it into a bowl and set aside
- Stir fry meat until lightly browned. Add sauce, and fruit to pan. stir until boiling.
- Garnish with mint and sliced oranges
- Teriyaki Sauce: 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup mint leaves, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of minced ginger, one clove garlic minced
