Steps:
- 1. Salt and pepper pork.
- 2. Heat oil and butter in skillet.
- 3. Dredge chops in flour.
- 4. Fry on med-hi until browned on both sides.
- 5. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 6. Remove chops and keep warm.
- 7. To skillet add garlic.
- 8. Cook 1 minute until garlic is soft.
- 9. Add cream, cook for 1 minute.
- 10. Add 1 t butter, stir to mix well.
- 11. Serve chops with sauce on top.
